Congratulations to our two recent THCA Leadership Graduates! Laura Cardenas and Christopher Sciacca graduated from the 2024 Cohort of the Texas Health Care Association's Leadership Academy. This prestigious opportunity identifies emerging leaders in long-term care, and provides them extensive leadership training from a John Maxwell certified executive coach. Participating in these types of initiatives ensures our ML leaders remain at the forefront of healthcare excellence. We are excited to see what these two are able to accomplish in our communities, and the service they will continue to provide to our residents, patients and their families.
